Director of UT’s Center of Profitable Agriculture Dan Wheeler recently announced the addition of Megan Bruch as Marketing Specialist in the Center. Bruch is a native of Yuma, Colorado, holds a BS and MS in agricultural economics from Colorado State and was raised on a family ranch operation.

“Megan’s interest in marketing and her dedication to agriculture will serve our Center well” Wheeler said. “She will be our lead specialist in market analysis and market research efforts with value-added farm projects.”

“She hit the road running,” Wheeler said of her first week on the job and her first week as a Tennessean, “she participated in a farmer-conference in central Kentucky, traveled to West Tennessee and to Knoxville.” Bruch will also provide leadership to the Center’s involvement with the state’s Agri-Tourism Initiative.
