Documenting Successes of Value-Added Agricultural Enterprises:
A Series of Case Studies

Teaching Tools

Information from each case study has been condensed into 6 summary pages and one page of graphics/photos. The summary pages and the graphics are available in both the printed document and the PDF file of the final project publication. We welcome the use of the summary pages and graphics presented in the publication in educational and training sessions. In addition, ten sets of the summary pages and graphics have been printed as color overhead transparencies and assembled as case-study teaching tools for use across the state.
