Amy Ladd joined the Center for Profitable Agriculture in January 2009 to serve as the coordinator of the multi-county GROW-10 program. Amy’s leadership centers on growing rural farm value-added enterprise opportunities in the areas of Direct Marketing, Farmers Market Development, Agritourism, and Farm-to-Market Networks. The GROW-10 program covers ten rural counties in Tennessee which include Giles, Maury, Lawrence, Wayne, Lewis, Hickman, Perry, Humphreys, Houston and Stewart.
Amy and her husband Jason operate a small farm in the Eagleville community of Rutherford County where they are involved with agritourism. Amy is a member of the Tennessee Agritourism Association. Amy’s professional expertise includes an extended history in small business development including management and marketing of private organizations. Amy received a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 2002 and went on to complete her M.B.A. in 2005, both from Middle Tennessee State University.
